Why processing stays on your device
Documents open in your browser. Reading requires no account and the service keeps no archive of opened files. Application resources and the trusted list are downloaded separately from your document’s content.
Technical checks with explicit limits
Checks examine signatures and certificates, including unsuccessful results. Revocation is not checked and timestamps are not validated. The service is not a qualified preservation provider and offers no regulated digital preservation.
